• Chassis. At least 40 years old, delivered with original invoice
o Sandblasted
o Shortened to 2100mm wheelbase
o Saw cut reinforced and welded
o New custom floor pans installed.
o Handbrake removed in the center, it goes under the dashboard
o Option to move gear lever 12cm
o Chassis completely checked, repaired and polished.
o Primer coating and 2K coating Brilliant Black.
• Sub Chassis. Base is made of uneven silk tube. 50mm x 100mm x 4mm
o Box profile cage, round 40mm, to support bodywork and all around
o Wider design, for more comfort and safety
o Extra reinforced side bars under the doors, front and rear to prevent an impact
and safety
o Welded, polished, sandblasted
o Primer coating and 2K coating Brilliant Black.
• Bodywork. Fiberglass reinforced with woven rovings. At least 6mm thick
o 2 layers of gelcoat, light grey. Reinforced with glass fleece
o Polyester resin, glass mats and glass fabrics. Fabrics are for reinforcement of an
impact, attachment and for safety
o With this, we comply with the German certificate and obtain approval with this
production method
The car will be built with the existing parts, such as the chassis, engine, standard we use the 1600CC engine, but there are more options, and transmission. These will be completely overhauled and work like new.
All other parts are new, new bearings, rubbers, pipes, front disc brakes, rear drum brakes, shock absorbers, electrical system, new wiring harness, windshield wipers, glazing and rubbers, fuel tank, battery, tires, rims, seat belts, simple stereo system, with 4 speakers, USB connection and Bluetooth. The interior will be supplied in vinyl base, but as an option also in leather ventilation system and heating. Air conditioning is an option
The car will be painted in your desired base colour, 3 coats, with 4 coats of transparent paint, for the beautiful deep shine.
Seating position will be made to your height, so will the steering column height. There are several seating types available that increase driving comfort
LHD control is standard, but we also supply the RHD control as an option
further options can be discussed and implemented
Payment, 50% on assignment, 25% halfway through the process and 25% on delivery
Delivery 4 months after confirmation of order.
